Has the game causing you to lose a battle and oil for reasons beyond your comtrol?

    Losing 10-40k oil daily due to screen freeze, troops not deploying and in general game failures beyond my control. Supported device diagnostic on wifi checks are complete, and most recent patch has been installed.
