Dmg boost capped at 30%. Remove the Cap. Keep the refresh rate on the 2-3 hour timer.
Why have a cap? If you earned it. You should enjoy it. If a community comes together for mutual benefit in a clan why cause a limit or cap on the team work. It is something that is incredibly fun. Eager to beat the next day for the next clan member to take a shot at it. Keep the refresh rate on the 2-3 hour timer.

As for War Commander I will probably come back around October 2018.
Granted if Net Neutrality gets taken down. Then forget about any free to pay/play games for me. (I have a soft spot for holidays and zombies)
