If you're talking about how using minimum specs to run War Commander won't lead to good performance, then why do you say "Never trust a computer you can't lift"? That makes it sound like the computer is being sneaky or something, not that it doesn't perform well.
A computer will only make what it's told and nothing else. You can put 100% faith into the computer that it's doing what it's supposed to do if you don't have any hardware problems or anything else that says to the computer to do a different operation.
However, you should not trust the programmers because they do write the code.
