Forum vs. Reddit

This has been mentioned elsewhere, but what's the better place to communicate with Kixeye? From what I can tell, announcements are usually posted in both places, but the Reddit seems to be much for active. I personally feel that it's harder to find useful information on Reddit, but from the podcasts, it seems that the developers generally monitor that more closely for the pulse of the community.

Either way, I'd like to know so I don't feel like I'm wasting my time in posting in one versus the other. Thanks.

Reddit is the preferred space, mostly because it is more mobile-accessible.

I've been told to go to Reddit for faster KIXEYE support but I have to admit that I do like this site better.  It looks and performs cleaner.  It's easier to navigate and offers more function.  I still check both for more intel every day because you can learn a lot reading through the daily posts.
