Twice I placed a support request ticket and twice my request was deleted with no answer. Totally unacceptable. How can I get the support that I use my money for.

    Once I reached lvl 37 I bought the ofter pack presented to me, but something went wrong.
    I got the units , I got the gold but I didn't get the container of 300+ items and the container was my only reason to buy the pack.
