How's about giving a confirm purchase with gold rather than just doing it. Gives you the option to use your gold rather than it just happening if you press by mistake or due to game crash.

    I just literally had this happen to me. I had about 6.5 million metal in bank and was upgrading my salvo to max level. I clicked for the first two upgrades and my game lagged out. I logged back into game and it had spent my remaining 3.3million metal + 900 gold on the final salvo upgrade (4.25million metal).

    I opened a ticket with Kixeye, hoping they can resolve this by restoring my credits/gold and deleveling my salvo so I can earn the remaiining million metal for it.

    They know that they need to add a confirm screen to ingame currency purchases and they continually avoid this conversation when threads like this pop up, its kind of disturbing.

    Same happened to me I was making some s13 buggys game crashed and I ended up with 32 and no gold ticket sent in but no reply or refund.. good customer service from kixeye

    How long has your ticket been open? I typically get a response within 24-48 hours on mine. Hopefully they are just busy and not ignoring requests like this.

    Got a response on my ticket already and they reversed the transaction for me! They responded in just under 5 hours, great job KIXEYE!
