How do Criticle and Common work.

I still can't figure how it how the work. What do the numbers mean. What is each one for? I know I need it but can't figure exactly how they work.

Common components usually apply to a certain class of unit. Let's use infantry as an example - infantry components are the common component required for all of your infantry upgrades. Each infantry class also requires a critical component, for example the rifleman has the rifleman critical and the machine gunner has the machine gunner critical. 

The numbers on the unit badge is the unit level. You can increase this by tapping the unit and going to the promote tab. The numbers displayed in the cost to build or promote screens near the critical and common components is how many you own and how many are required.

Thats bs , i cant build any copter or heavy tank !! Wtf
And i am now level 26 sometimes cant destroy a level 18 ??
Can someone have a look at my base

Try promoting your existing Rhinos and S13s to make your existing units more powerful.

look like same problem in my base cannot built heavy unit my lvl is 25

im also with same problem my base lvl 24 cannot built heavy tank and copter.. cant understand...
