My point of view
I have heard talk of making a BYM 2. I just want to put my 2 cents in from past experiences.
I personally love a totally unrelated game called tank fighter.... they recently came out with tank fighter 2... Needless to say I was sooooo pumped when it first came out and I thought they were super geniuses for releasing version 2....
Unfortunately, once I started playing.... I was used to level 60 tanks that moved super fast and now I'm using level 1 tanks that are slow as hell.... I got bored and ended up quiting both games...
If Kixeye was smart.. they would make a new totally unrelated game ... and try to get as many BYM/BP/WC/VEGA players as they can to move to the new game....
In WC, there is so much talk that a new player could never catch up... and they are right... all the more reason for a new game. Every Kixeye fan could start the game at the same point and progress from there... no more newbie excuses...
