New blue prints showing on up date

I was asking a friend about the blue prints that are showing up on the blue print icon including hulls, weapons, shields, armor, armored thrusters ect... the blue prints do not show which fleets to hit for corresponding blue prints. My question is, do we hit lower lvl fleets again to get the blue print or are they given in only riots and events?

Same as before. Hit a PVE fleet. Hope for a blueprint....

But from this new BP menu we don't have the information on what kind of ship to hit to get a determined bp. Is it compleatly random now?

Clock on a vega fleet
then click on loot

Thank you I noticed the they are still with corresponding bps. When you receive a bp tap on icon showing bpand it will give you the correct fleet category to it

When I went to the main BP board there are a lot of items that do not have any fleet designation and same for demon fleets none of the newer bp items.

Just tap on the ship youwant to hit it will show which blueprints you need to go on to the next level

That's not what i meant.
     Go and look at the Blueprints chart there are many hulls,weapons, armor,shields & specials that are not attached to any fleet(01252017)

The BP chart and the fleet designation no longer coincide.  Many Bp's have no fleet.  It would be better to have them re searchable
