Blue Print drop rates
I have noticed since June of 2016 began, the blue print drop rate has decreased a lot. I don't know if this is true. All I know is I've been farming tier 3 VEGA blue prints since the middle of July and I have only completed 2 blue prints. It is now November and I'm not half way done. Can someone explain why?

Blueprints guarentee a drop at the 50th kill... the most likely issue is the fact the blueprint dropping fleets are so minimal do to the spawning of other fleets from planet
just existing at this point
