Rejigger Sector Spawns
I am sure this has been suggested before. Since ISC is now in Supply Runs, it is not necessary to have their own sector spawn. I propose that if you add them to regular spawns like the other factions and had all the spawns continue to go twice it would address spawn rates of certain fleets commonly complained about.
