UI Change and AI Change

For the UI for mobile one of the problems I have is "seeing" weapon range. While you can see range without actually selecting a target that interface is not one I actually trust when it counts because the cost of touching a ship too much and making it a target is often dire. It would be nice to have a "button" on the screen that would be a show range buttton so that viewing and selecting were clearly distinct processes.

I would love to see two AI options for "On": Keep Maximum Range or Close to Minimum Range. The AI seems to prefer neither option and winds up being pretty dumb in both directions.
