You can see research that needs to be completed or is completed while you are researching tech in the labs, you can check your inventory and things to fuse and mk upgrades to create while you are creating upgrades, and you can check your other fleets while you repair one.

I know its been brought up that people want to be able to have a "refit factory" to refit and build ships separately, and people want queues for building. I think it would be a good feature if you could just test new builds, as in be able to select hulls and try fitting weapons and shields while you are refitting or building another ship. Basically, im suggesting that a feature be implemented to be able to temporarily try new ship builds while a ship is being constructed.
