A MESSAGE FROM H.M. KERES THE VIIth
--------------------------------------------
This is Keres VII of the Iron Star Company, ally to the Rebellion.
Commanders, we have retrieved the final document from this VEGA cache. It seems very similar to one of the other documents we retrieved, but I'm not sure of its significance.

Once again, the key is contained in the document itself. The encoding seems to be much more complicated than before, so do your best to break it.

Commander Burr has also provided a rebellion document with the same "encryption fingerprint". I don't understand the technical explanation, but Burr assures me that this will confirm the accuracy of the key, since we can verify the contents of our own document. Burr also assures me that this makes sense.

I will authorize a final reward for the first to deliver the document, key and methodology. The rebellion document also contains important information, and you'll have early access if you have the key.

My best regards.

Keres R. I.

Prefix and suffix probably have to do with file encoding or something like that

Solve looks like a cube; no idea what to do with it

The second part looks like a Rubik's Crypto-Cube based Cipher. Not sure about the suffix/prefix part.

is the final stuff a Rubic's cube?
Might as well have a straight trade of rep time for Intel....

    log in game> select a fleet > choose the amount of rep time> get the intel >click rep> log off> wait X h >repeat

for what i read prefix is this: Grammar. an affix placed before a word, base, or another prefix to modify a term's meaning, as by making the term negative, as un- in unkind, by signaling repetition, as re- in reinvent, or by indicating support, as pro- in proabolition
    and suffix is this :

Grammar. an affix that follows the element to which it is added, as -ly in kindly. or something addead to the end of something else
those words are supposed to be grammar stuff

just did it and noticed by following the orientation of the number around the cube I have came up with some numbers by starting from a dead end and continue backwards till I get to another dead end. most likely useless but at least I tried.758888626(26),25364291(91)74864(64) and 7746(46). also noticed the 3 numbers all having the same orientation. here are the 3 numbers from them.3491(91), 19791(91) and 864(64)(the dead end) . hope this helps

It's prefix and sufix in IT way: beginning and the end of file. It's BASE64 encoded (http://www.motobit.com/util/base64-decoder-encoder.asp) PNG file, but looks like some part of file is missing. Cube should have encoded bytes of the middle part of PNG file (or files, maybe there is 9 small files, one for each letter). Hope it helps sb.

Basically I went to a dead end which is when 2 numbers are at 180 degrees to each other and went back to see what number is  farthest number away from the dead end and just typed the number sequence . I am no code breaker
