Strictly talking about base hitting (PVP) Revenge now has 750 siege deflection for corrosive , radioactive and concussive damage at maximum bloodthirst stacks after the change. Originally it had 600+360=960 siege deflectionat maximum bloodthirst stacks against these types of damage. How it got better?

The Revenge was brought out, released, with the same stats,, They changed the Stats of Other PVE targets, They didn't change the Revenge,,,
So, it's not that players that spent actually money on the revenge are "stupid" for building it,,,
It is Kixeye who changed the way Revenge worked against PVE targets,,, Don't act as is Kixeye built a Hull ,, released it and said " Oh crap, we made a tank" ... because that is what they created,,,
Then those of us who grabbed the Hull to help in Raid, using it's Deflection, gave them the needed data to see it does too well ,,,
So,, they were quick in posting days into the long raid, that they would change the PVE with Deflection ByPass,,,
Any way you look at it,, Kixeye was less than informational about the direction of the game with its new weapons, Deflection and Bypass Deflection / Deflection Bypass,,,
No different than them creating a non-thermal ship to have a special with greater thermal / sonar range than a thermal hull, which would render the tiger deluge usless against Armada's,,, I'm sure thats coming as well,,,
Biggest problem is no test tank server,,, with players that know how to drive, and actually build a fleet,,, I want the big red button that blows an entire alliance up, lol,, sure, it's might cost a bit, lol,, but that would be nice,,

I've been hit by a full revenge fleet, a half revenge fleet, and a combination revenge/punisher fleet in the last 3 hours. I don't have a bubble. The people going at me built with shoddy designs and the best one was still missing a critical component of a good build.
Siege Battery, Siege Targeting, Hydraulic Resistors, Agility System IV, Strike Warheads for the specials. Streamlined Cadmium Armor for the armor although I may end up switching for Evade since shockwaves are still a thing. Gatlings for weapons (duh).

Kixeye told us well enough in advance that the Revenge would be weak in PvE. They also told us that it would be abnormally strong in the last event, and in PvE targets until May 3. There were numerous postings on various forums, and discussion on community shows. Of the 4 years Ive been playing, this has to have been the most blatent, obvious attempts by Kixeye to give advance notice and get the information to us. Yet, players saw how extremely well they did in the last raid, and out of greed, coined the hulls, and probably wrong builds. Heck there was even a player 2 days ago asking in a group I watch, for a Revenge build for DUBs. Its been made very very clear to all of us well in advance, before anyone even won the hull.
It is beyond me, that professional software developers; would release content into a production environment with out testing it even worst have no clue on how this ship would do in PVE targets. Every time they have to so called "nerf" a hull; it just shows they don't know what they are doing. Thanks for proving to me yet once again, that it is not a good idea to through coins after new content in this game; best to wait until your user base test it out first. Time to look for something a little more predictable and stable.
I'm definitely not pissed......I stomped a few bases without a scratch....even got attacked by subs on my way out and won. But some bases will eat a Rev like a sandwich. Win some, lose some.

Why would kixeye release a hull like that and then cut it down. Way to screw things up! You have always been shady in the way you ran it but this time you have gone too far! Way to go we have our 4 highest level players in our alliance that quit today because of your stupidity! The only reason i kept playing was my friends so now that they are all quitting i have no reason to play anymore. Great Job!!!

My base has been stopping pretty much anything. I just got hit by 4 Revenge and they went through my base with zero, yes zero damage. I have well placed executioners, glacial, frostbite, pyros, gargoyle, enforcers, Grim bers, etc. If this is the result of the update, I will have to quit the game as I have no idea how to stop these things unless this was a hack. Are they really that tough now?? Is so how can they be stopped?
I got a question,, I seen the post of the update and there was a thing showing that kix created a new damage type DEFLECTION BYPASS ok so will this be added to turrets or is that already on turrets that do ARMOR BYPASS cause if you make new weapon damage type will it be added to any of are turrets that we got now or will there be new turrets we will have to build, install ... I am not to bright but some weapons do 100% armor bypass will this also be deflection bypass as well or do we wait for new stuff???? SO IN A NUT SHELL IS ARMOR BYPASS THE SAME AS DEFLECTION BYPASS?????
Could of been streamlining code or making code more efficient over the years. Vs- finding ways to add unpolished- and still years of broken unfinished features. I have been a coder- Always find places and ways to lighten the code burden. Everybody's comps are getting so loaded down. I have yet to be able to do a new sub sector base with out the game - mostly due to flash- crashing- or locking up on me. So while the game needs to evolve- so does the code- and the burden it put out there.
This, right here. Another company just revamped their entire code structure. It required a lot of updating and downloading, but people are seeing game load time decreases of 25%-50%. The game runs smoother, and less issues. These are all things that Kixeye should have been focusing on.
That's like saying "Why cant McDonald's add a 4 for $4 like Carl's Jr does?! That would make them rich!" You have no real basis to say what will happen. You have no real knowledge of the coding in question, or even HOW to code it. Its very, VERY easy to say what can be done, but its an entirely different matter to get it done. Would it be good if it happens? Maybe. Is Kixeye the definition of incompetence for not doing so? Haha, HEEEEELL no. The game runs fine. FINE, not perfect. But its also not breaking for everyone. And IMO, that's A-OK. THere's always room for improvement, but there isnt room for demanding it.

If the game will not lag so much I might get a video done My Revenge build does a 85 for instant repair. You guys must really suck at building them, if I can get the video done, or get an alliance mate to make one I will post it.
Game is real choppy for me when I try to play the game, not sure what is going on yet with that.
All I know is that two hours ago, I went through a uranium base with three revenge hulls and took just over 1 minute of damage. I hit another 10 minutes ago and barely made it through the gate before dying. I understand PVP vs PVE but their "adjustment" to the U base is a bit extreme...as is normally the case.

They didnt read properly. I was one of the first ones all over this when it was announced because they were going to make immunity to shockwaves as well. Not sure what they were reading but I saw op and unstoppable all over that. But, again, by the numbers.

and i'm lvl 109 been in game almost 5 years 16 to 20 hours each day so one of the most trustet players in game.
WOW! kixeye is a JOKE! they made the revenge stats better but gets damaged way bad in targets that it shouldnt,some targets specifically damage the revenge hull but are unchanged with other fleets,just how crooked can they get? stay tuned ,am sure they'll find more ways to screw people!
