Does anyone else have issues with sending suspected cheater reports? I know they go through its just how disinterested Kix are in addressing it. 1 Ship destroyed about 10 bases and took minimal damage and despite the report he is busy doing his raid... If you don`t care about cheats, just say so, save everyone the trouble of reporting them and expecting some action to take place.
why cant i send a support ticket to kixeye it say i have no email but i put it several times i got banned for sending them a ticket for them to fix my game cuz i bought stuff off there deales and did not even give me them now they wont let me talk to them that is bs. i have filled it several times
I can only sign in to kixeye through the link on the fb game, otherwise it say unrelated account when i try, plus i cant send tickets anymore and really need to
so i send these guy several message and i get banned for asking them to fix my base. there was problems and then they say i am banned for writeing them
Do we ever get any response from Kixeye on this page? I cannot get to support, tickets or my settings because it says my e-mail is not associated with this account and won't let me into settings
Kixeye lag just spent 2 of my coins, i have spent money on this game but no support. I did not need to spend those coins, i did not want to spend those coins. I would like those coins back. Coins are extremely expensive in this game otherwise i would have bought more by now. Your User ID is: 1305368.
I posted this back last year and never had any positive response. I originally posted this after losing fleets due to several glitches. (bought coins that never arrived, lags that caused me to lose fleets, going into battles and missions where nothing was on screen except for my fleet then was killed off by something unseen (not subs)

to the screen with the different games listed . Then when I click on
BP, it pulls up my account, I click sign in because it keeps kicking
back out!!! And states I have an invalid email attached and I can't get
in to change it, no matter where I go to try I can't get a hold of
someone that can help me fix my problem! WTF can a person do to get

Last Raid I got 4 Nos. Armor C1-C .... to retrofit my 4x bucc ... after retro 3x Bucc with 3x Ci-C and starting for the 4th one ... i did not find the 4th one of C1-C .... (I buy 4x C1-C but I found only 3x C1-C)

I have spent more than $50, when I originally achieved this monumental task it let me send in tickets. Now a month later I can no longer send in a ticket. Tells me I have not spent the required $50. I would post a screen shot of my facebook payments. But I do not see a option to do so. Please Help.
