I've never been able to send a ticket, as it won't accept that my Facebook account is associated with this Kix account. This is the only FB account I've ever had. Whenever I change my FB profile photo,it appears in the game and whenever I buy coins/offers it has no problem accepting my money (and yes the transaction appears on FB and is sent to my gmail. I was able to attach the MSN email address I could locate through your account, which will allow you to use the password reset feature from Kixeye.com to reset the password using your email address. After that, you should be able to log in using the email and newly created password!

Hi, first off, this is kind of weird but I'll try to explain it.......here goes...
I know I'm signed in now, but that is ONLY because I have my cookies from you. I tried to find my password and user name in Firefox (where I play BP) so I can start playing via chrome since Firefox sometimes locks up on me (this started about a few months ago)......BUT there ISN'T ANY USER ID AND PASSWORD associated with battle pirates or Kixeye in Firefox, THAT is why I assume that being signed in and playing the game (of which I have NO problem what-so-ever) is accomplished via what ever cookies I have on my computer.
That said, I have NO IDEA what my password is!!! I've previously contacted support on other game issues using my husbands account since I couldn't actually SIGN IN and though it was a round about way, it worked ok and the nice folks in support were able to help me. But when I contacted them about this, they said they couldn't help me because they can't do anything about passwords and userID's through a 3rd party, which I fully understand. They then told me to just use the password link to change me password. Ahhhh, DUH!!!!! You have to SIGN IN do this and since I can't remember what my password is, I can't just change it. I tried to make a new account hoping I could somehow get to correct account, but that didn't pan out. I would have thought they would KNOW THIS when they told me to do it, but maybe someone smoked their lunch that day and didn't have it quite all together!!!!
I told them this through my husbands account and they said to make a new email address and to get back in touch with them. I thought OK, I "can" get this all straightened out!!! I then made a new gmail account and wrote back to support using the SAME email that support uses when they sent the information to me "via hubby's email" and even put in the same ticket number so they would know it was me, or at least this HOUSEHOLD.

And though it says Linda_K73 in the upper right of the screen when I'm playing, I'm not sure what that is or why, because I can't even begin to believe that there are 73 Linda_K's that play the game, LOL!!!!!! But maybe!! IDK !!!!! I thought I could maybe use the K73 ID as a way to maybe sign in but that didn't work either :-(

they do one of 2 things ignore you or spin 101 you real fast ripeye told me to take it up with payment provider and payment provider told me to take it up with rips eye i provided proof that payment was aproved and they still spin me now they dont reply to my ticket buyer beware they will rip you off ive spent alot of money on this game this is the second time they did this to me first time was for 4.99 sumitted ticket no refund so i just washed it and bought fleet again this time they gave it with no grease for 89.99 greedy bastards

the alt account my e-mail is assigned to was a log-in error, instead of logging me in i was given that account and my e-mail was re-assigned to it, as u can see by its level 11 base it hasnt been used, i did try at the time to get it deleted and my e-mail back to this account but no-joy, the level 11 you can close and re-assign that e-mail to this account where it belongs, you do send my receipts to it for coins bought on this account so shouldnt be difficult to do, i cant fig out how to pri msg u either but u have my id and e-mail, all be it wrongly assigned to a base i nev wanted
