i get have not spent 50 but have spent 100s am ticked cant send ticket just spent 200 coins got to end of phantom fang campain nothing left to hit in it fleet just sat there i went to sea had 2 mins left in camp it never droped bp i refreshed still no bp my user num 17100618 is there any way you can help cant send ticked can you check fr that end please

Hi i ve got x2 e mail adress which is facebook and kixeye but not used fb e mail adress. my new e mail adress [email protected]. i know i can get purchased usually. this is first time not received my purchased. Kixeye when they got the money , they dont care problem ppl. have. more then two weeks no response.They should make it easy sore out the problem. i was gonna used moni hulls for weekly . kixeye own me what i paid.

I am getting the empty (Kix framed) screen when I click the link in a password reset e-mail.
I play on facebook and have never created an account on kixeye.com, nor ever tried to play here. I have this annoyingly long user name, and wouldn't mind changing it for forums, but when I try to go to settings, it asks for a password that I've never used/set, so I click the 'forgot password' link, follow the instructions, get the e-mail, click the link in the e-mail and when the page opens, it shows my facebook linked user-id and profile pic at the top, but nothing in the main body of the screen. No text to say my new password is available, or anything. I try to access settings on that 'blank' screen, and once again get the 'must enter password to continue'.
This is not a critical issue for me. It doesn't affect game play, except that I am wary of paying any money into an account that has problems like this. I am currently a non-coiner (which means I cannot submit a support ticket about this!), but as I reach the front edge of the game, I'm now in a position where a few coins would really make a difference to my game play.
So can we get a link that works, please? Or reset it and mail the new password to the address associated with this account? That would be fine too.

So I am kind of stuck, I have spent well over 50 bucks while playing the game, I should be able to send a ticket, I just can't log in...even though I play using facebook and have done so for years.
Able to log into my account via facebook but wont allow me to access settings page without relogging in then told me my password was wrong, Reset password and now it states Its the wrong email address for the account but i started playing on facebook years ago and never had any problems logging in through facebook.
Also purchased the thermonuclear launcher for raid that just ended and it shows in blueprint list and shows as owned but cant attach to any ships as it doesnt appear in the list for any of my hulls.

I was just hitting a 69 Scourge fleet in the raid, and because it wasn't a piece of cake for me to hit, I had to keep going in and out of battle to repair and I got down to the two last ships and this ***** game blew up the scourge fleet right before I went back in to finish them off!!!!!!! I'm PISSED! They should fix that so it doesn't disappear on someone while they are in battle! I wasted ALOT of gold repairing ALSO!!!!!!
I just LOST ALL of the points I was going to get for defeating a 69 Scourge fleet in this raid because it BLEW UP when I went out to repair!!!!! I spent ALOT to repair each time I went out, and right before I got the last two ships I went out to repair and the God **** thing BLEW UP!!!! Support tickets are giving errors and not submitting, I tried 3 times, so here's my issue: I attempted to redeem an epic cataclysm mortar, and either I miss-clicked or lag got me, but it redeemed advanced torp tubes. I do not have Fangtooths or delirium torps, so this special is useless to me. My intent was to redeem epic cataclysm mortar X2, is it possible to have this corrected please. Thanks in advance. Your email address was already being used on a temporary account. I've removed your email address from the temporary account and attached it to this account. Every time i try to contact support, i get the invalid email user, won't let me connect through FaceBook yet you take my money with no problem. I was told CM Scarlette has resolved this problem very quickly with another player and he told me to contact her through the forums. So I am trying. My Kixeyeuser is 0229324

I removed the email address from the temp account and added it to this account, and a password reset from should allow for signing into Kixeye.com using the email address and newly created password.

ive got the same problem. been playing for six years,ive never bothered sending in a ticket. now with the crazy lag this raid ive tried several times to submit a ticket. it keeps saying i am logged on to a faceboolaccount that is not associated with this kixeye account and i should switch facebook accounts. since i only have 1 facebookaccount thats kinda hard to do... please help!

Hey Oliver! I was able to take a closer look, and it appears there was no email address attached to your account. This can happen under certain circumstances, and I was able to locate an email address on your account and attached it to the correct place.

having issues when i try to send ticket in i play on facebook and i have it synched to kixeye can log in through kixeye to play the game read forums post on forms but when i try send ticket it just goes through the cycle of sign in i click sign in through fb on support but then it just goes back to sign in i just want to be able to send in a ticket my user ID is 5402253
