I am going to try this once more. I NEED HELP with my account tied to KIXEYE. It tells me my account is not valid and Before changing your settings, please validate your identity using Facebook.

I use my ONLY FB account and it says "You are logged into a Facebook account that is not associated with this KIXEYE account, so we cannot verify your identity to change this account's Settings.
Please switch Facebook accounts and try again."

I have NO OTHER FB account so I can't log into something I do not have.

PLEASE HELP!!! This has been an issue for over 2 years and no one assists.

Please break ALL my connections and let me reestablish them. Whatever kixeye has is not valid for my FB account.

And YES, I've spent the required minimum amount to get the support I have to pay for and then complain to the support team that does not assist.

one more time.....giv help about kixeye and my mail..this is so crazy log in via FB but in ticket time...im ghost!.........also for 3rd time...my fleet build need 7days ..but no...says again 9dayz and 10 hours(this is the original time)..nobody cares i c but is good 2write! ,)

My issue is that Kixeye has striped 16 of my turrets of everything ,as well as my warehouses,and any building that was capable of having armor or instalations,this was done because I double stacked fire supports as well as defensive supports,I cant put in a ticket because it says I dont have an e-mail associated with my acct. I realize double stacking is against the rules ,but then the game shouldnt have allowed me to do it ,there was obviously a glitch in the game that allowed this ,so who is to blame ? I have spent thousands of dollars on coin playing this game for around 4 yrs now,and to just have that time and money disappear is very upsetting to the point where I would be curious into looking at legal action of some sort.Even if I was to be compensated with build tokens ,I wont accept anything less than 350 days worth ,at least ! I dont expect to receive a response as Kix has the money already ,theyre not going to rectify the situation.

Hello There Im banned like 4 years ago want to play again,ive tryed many times to unbann mine BP profile but cant get support.mistake was that friend of mine Croatian guy who lives in America use some stupid chit so we all get banned and we belive him and give him FB infos.it was not just me but never mind.I just want some coins back if posible reset me or do what ever you want just give me some coins that I payed for or fleet that can get me back in the game.Thanks

So how this many people have the same problem, and nothing is being done about it, but it is painfully obvious who each player is?  I have made new accounts and attempted to contact support, done everything they have asked me to do at least 10 times, no progress.

Here  like many have posted here using face book to play BP linked my FB to kixeye.com go to put in a support request get like above no valid email go to input e-mail told already in use! the update to day 08/072018 with the lag from chats and game froze and the auto of a uranium target killed off my tide seekers even thou i had anti morts on them!! Plz fix the issue with linked accounts so players can put in tickets! Some of us play fb for the gifts we can some times send and get!

I have paid more than $50 but cannot submit a ticket: the HQ app has stopped loading today after working well since its debut. It freezes during “Loading targets info...” and will not complete loading, even after app and iPhone reboots.
