So Kixeye is aware they have screwed numerous players, what have they done to fix it? NOTHING ! what a joke. Ive posted in forums , pm`d mods, emailed [email protected] , sent a message & posted via facebook & twitter. the ONLY responce from a moderator on this forum: open a new account! then we get posts with words like PLAYERS FIRST.

I have already spend more than $200 on the game, I have used facebook, Kixeye and mobile app to make the purchases. And when I want to submit a ticket I get this message.
Please sort out this issue or I have to really stop playing game and switch to other game where I get a better support.
I can share the issue i'm facing right now but if someone support will be provided to me.
Hello I have an issue. It says I have not paid $50 to be able to make tickets but I know I have. I have payed for fleets and other offers that have come up. I have bought over $50 using FB and also through Kixeye. I have attached a pic of the proof below. If I knew where to look for the Kixeye info I'd snapshot it too but I forgot where to look.

HI im not seeing the send ticket tab in support and ive spent more than $50 required only been playing a month. Ive bought about 5-6 flts and have a valid e-mail just not getting any support.
I have found out it was my own fault I had to dis-able a prog call privacy badger once i did that the links to send tickets appeared

Hello I'm having the same issue as everyone else: I am unable to access support only getting the screen ... Do not have a valid e-mail address ... on following the instructions to validate I get .... This Facebook account is not associated with Kixeye account .... seems strange as I have only ever played through this Facebook account and Its recognized when buying gold and spending money. Please could a mod or CM follow this up and resolve the issue for me

I not entry in BP for 4 maybe 5 days - yesterday back and see - no - not see weapons in my 12 turrets, no armor not special - I build that last 2-3 years /I think/ and Kix stole that for one time ? I think send message for support Kix - only see here is limit for help - player want send 50$ for Kix? Best concept - stole weapons, maybe ships too and not help if player not send 50$ ???? Last 4 year is not better in game - only today is only bad. I need ask - support help me back weapon or other for my base or not? Maybe that only "Kix get revenge" - I say last time - is not better and Kix need only more coins - not repair game, flash crashed ... Kix need new engine for game - flash is old - browser block best play ... Time work better and not cry only for coins ... I am receiving the notice that I have not spent 50 dollars and cannot get support. Well I have spent that now, and still cannot get support. I am really disappointed in a game that makes you BUY your way to getting support, then when I do, still do not get support.
getting the same frigging message about invalid email address and email account! I have been stuck on the loading screen for 40 minutes! been lagging out all day - did a trace route and it is timing out in some place in Washington DC - it is not my frigging ISP!!!
Doing FM, found that CI-m and CI-X are no longer open to me to buy, they are now classed as owned even though I only have 16 of each, not 99. CI-CO says I have 1 of 5 for this week, but I have only just started getting any points. Can you please look into this and fix it.

I cannot save progress because it will not save an acct in browser it just keeps on giving an error when I click ‘save’ even though all check marks are green. Also I cannot connect to my Facebook acct and it doesn’t say anywhere how to do this. I would love to play this game on my phone but it is just impossible. Please help

i was trying to watch a battle when i clicked on battle i was relocated to 185 spent a week there then went back to 184 i asked kix to give me a free jump relocate token and still not got it yet
