where are the 95 sickle bases? never seen one yet!
they only appear during the main event after so many event enemy bases are destroyed within a sector as a whole, and once they appear you're given the chance for about 45mins to destroy as many of them as possible which you need the help of big players within a short time frame!
i like those new moving base i have all the prize.. but so what i will do those sentinels75 until i got 99x of each prize :P just for the heck of it Mwahahahah

That's not right. They should spawn at any time during specialized days, which were not stated. They are not Season Event Prize Bases.
