Support changes

Dear players,

We've made changes to provide a higher premium level of support for our paying players. As part of this change, we are redefining service levels for our more established games, Battle Pirates and War Commander. Going forward, if you've been playing the game for more than 60 days and have spent less than $50 in the game to date, you will not have access to live premium customer support. 

Players without access to ticket support will continue to have access to the KIXEYE forums, Help Center, Report Player Form for both cheater and harassment reports, and will continue to be included in support initiatives that affect all players. Players that do qualify for ticket support will receive premium access to our live support system.


All your base are belong to KIXEYE.
