But the process you would have to go through to get them there would probably be 100x HARDER,LONGER and ANNOYING as the SF have been

I am sure most of us have already been through getting the SF through those last couple of levels...how slow the process is. Just little straps at a time.

Well every level including level 2 will be like that

I took my new one into a 50 I had already prepped like you would for the SF....I had two squads of maxed SF with it and was running Its Electric. Still it died when about one third of the base was gone and it got 200k xp

And to repair one from death is almost 4 hours

You will spend all your repair time on these (one plat = 14 hours)

Im sorry but bang for your buck storage wise the SF are far far far FAR away a better option

If you have to choose in what to buy....Max out your SF before these things

They are decent in theory....But too many flaws in the end product

Agreed. The only players who will get them to a stage where they're useful in the next 6 months are coiners. For a unit that has to take damage to upgrade 3.5 hours repair to each unit is ridiculous

I hate to be agreeing with you again Crimson, but the new tank S.U.C.K.S  I only got 2 and will probably never use them.

Because of the repair time and cost to upgrade... Having 1 or 2 for a base defense would not be all that bad... specially if you have a player who attacks with War Horse units on a regular basis..

It's a pure coiner thing....probably 100 bucks to coin one to max

Upgrade normally will probably take 6 months our more....and your repair que will be only war horses.

A lead op, heavy op, and 2 regular ops will do far more damage for the same space and not take as long to upgrade or repair

Trying to use the War Horse as a single over powering plat unit would not be a good cost to reward pay off... but, using 1 or 2 in a plat as bait or support for faster units could be useful.

Of course, (per usual) if you are a player with the coin... a plat of these would be pretty much over whelming and make the game favor the coiner as would be expected from Kixeye.  The War Horse is just another unit that will make non-coiners want to quit and provide bullies with the kind of unit it takes to dominate the game.

so lets ask them to change it i think it needs more splash tbh it should 3-6 shot infantry the video when the game came out shows what units counter what so air should be killing this lol not infantry time need to be reduced  building time is okay but the upgrade time na not so much reduce it to what the sf are if not double what sf are

It's an alright unit. Needs support to make it work out well, though. It would be nice if the repair time was shortened.

My only warhorse has reached rank 10 without a single coin, so it's doable. Just... very annoying.

I would be very interested to hear what you are doing to have already gotten it to level 10...

Don't wanna call you a liar, but that seems very far fetched at this moment with what I have been seeing and hearing with the 12 Warhorses I bought.

Got one, build it, and used it with my SF and it still sucks.

1. Will take forever to rank up to 20 to be any good.
2. Repair time is way too long for a tank, 3 hrs and 30 mins just blows.
3. 500 space is more then any tank out there, compared to the hover at 150 and Elite Vanq at 250.

I already scrapped this unit to get my 500 space back.  It totally sucks.  I wish I never spent 250K XP on it.   Should have gotten another Lead Op,Heavy Gunner and Operator 4 pack instead!

I've basically just secured the 35 bases, and hit the storm turrets for HOURS on end. Million XP per base...
It takes such a long time to rank up. I had to grind it for 4~5 hours just to get it to rank 10.

I got 2 and I have a use for them but I'll leave that up to the rest of you to find out. If I'm right and I don't know that I am....its going to be a very good use too.

Does that use include waiting for them to get customized? Because I am just not seeing it otherwise lol

There is a Schematic Coming so I will hold off judgement on the Warhorse until I know how it can be improved in the workshop.





Plus its too early to make a judgement on if its useful or not I haven't had time to play around with it or use it with other units to make a that call.

I had said before, this new upgrading system suck hard time. Thorium is not hard to get, resources are there. Why does Kixeye change the way to do upgrade? All for one reason: COINS.

Yip, I agree with pretty much everything you said there...and the crazy part is...SF leveling is 'PRETTY DAM FUN!' compared to Warhorse Leveling...

Warhorse leveling has so many negatives going for it

1. 3 hour 30 mins repair time
2. God aweful slow rate of fire
3. Shorter range
4. MUCH higher XP costs for leveling. 

Not gonna bother with leveling them honestly...practically the ONLY good part about this new XP leveling system...units are BUILT from WF/Barracks at Max range...Thats about it...

it is a shame i wont be able to test this before event is over. i should have had ten minutes left but now the timer says i will miss event by 14 minutes. how does this happen? the war factory has never been hit so why did the timer change?

suggestion if you got new sf units put the warhorse with them and use them to get res or thor they will upgrade faster that way

I just tried mine in a large thor. I would click on a target and it would stop short and not fire, to long to build and repair

Dude they may have nerfed the xp based off you post. just did one and from the air turrets got 384k

I would agree with you phil, if what the previous poster was saying, it certainly doesn't appear to be the case now...

I did several level 70s, and left the 2 Storm turrets for a single warhorse to kill...its still at like 2mil of 2170k XP needed to level after like 4 bases that way...

Seems dumb to keep upping the repair time and therefore the gold it takes to repair for each next best tank.  It is like they feel obligated to stagger it based on comparison of all tanks, for example.  It makes no sense because nobody uses their rhinos anymore since they are totally useless regardless if it takes less time to repair.  If these new tanks were any good we would in kind get rid of eVanqs.

So there is no value or player appreciation over this scaling of repair due to kixeye keep making last best unit useless.  All they are doing is making it more expensive to repair your platoon of tank and the game more boring due to wait time.

As everyone know when the price go up the more less likely anyone will coin repair.  This inflation just pricing themselves out of market

my biggest problem with the warhorse is that it is so easy to dodge the shots.......when using it for any kind of defense or against a live player it stands very little chance at doing any good when it can be outplayed and take hits without being able to kill the unit hitting it. .......the only thing i found it to good for is if you put the warhorse and sf in a toon together it makes a great jailing toon. the warhorse can kill the banshees that cause the sf so many problems.
