Good news! I was able to live load your account and load your map. Probably just a cache issue, but if you encounter an issue along these lines again, try the following!
Clear your Flash cache. To do this, close all browser windows. If you're using a PC, open your Control Panel; if you're using a Mac, open your System Preferences. Click the "Flash Player" icon to open the menu. In the menu, select the "Storage" tab across the top and click the "Delete All" button. In the window that pops up, ensure that "Delete All Data and Settings" is checked and then click "Delete Data."
Increase your local Flash storage. To do this, first open War Commander. From there, right click on the game screen and select "Settings." Then find the "Local Storage" tab, which is marked by a folder icon. In the ""Settings"" window, increase the available memory to "Unlimited."
Clear your browser's cache. To do this, open the Chrome dropdown menu from the toolbar, select "Tools," and click on "Clear Browsing Data." Select the information you want to delete and, in the dropdown menu, choose to delete everything since "the beginning of time." Then, click "Clear Browsing Data."
The game team has been working tirelessly to resolve these issues and at this point we believe the root cause has been fixed.
Let me know if you see an improvement after following these steps!

What are the gentlemen from kixeye relocation is mockery. It's the only game I played so be errors and repair them not. And when they decide to repair lasts for days. But instead they more money. Services provide money but not as many.

System is still locking up at 81% and will not continue. Has been that way since the last update . Seems as if the friends list where we can look at their bases will not load also. Any suggestions ?
I tried the solution on this stream of msg's. I cleared everything, deleted everything and did everything else that was recommended. I see for some this was the answer. Unfortunately, it did not work for me. I am still stuck at 80 or 81% loading if I open in FB. :-( I am now going to see how it does on kixeye.

My issue with units stuck in attack log mentioned in my previous post is still an issue. It's been almost 2 days now and my toons are still locked in attack mode and not accessible for me to use.
My issue is I cannot get Chrome or Firefox to load all the way. Both go to 81% and die. I have deleted and re installed several times. It's getting old fast. I have ask for support, was told to re installed. I did, told them again, nothing was given for solution. I have Windows 7, 64 bit and have tried this on 3 different computers. 2 of the computer were purchased within the last year. Please HELP My e-mail is [email protected]

this is my problem same as my problem from shiteye, renamed from kixeye as they **** everything up and don't really fix things. since the updates kicked in for the new cc upgrade everything else has been **** up, they are monitoring the problem, don't monitor the **** up, fix the **** thing.
Observed Result - platoons locked in attack mode in a giant thor. Thor depot has since disappeared, but platoons remain on map in "attack" mode and cannot be accessed. When in base, attack is still show but when "join" button is clicked, disconnect occurs. Refresh, clearing cache, deleted flash data, deleting flash and reinstalling, etc. do not resolve issue.
Expected Result - platoons should be able to disengage by joining attack and then ending attack.
glitches? 1/2 of the time when I attack a giant thor everything goes fine until I click to send the shock missile. It sends my screen back to my base and is locked up. I can refresh and sometimes get in fast enough to save a few of my ehovers, but usually the whole platoon of ehovers are dead when I get back in. I have reported to Kixeye, and of course they say its not their fault. Because they told me to, I clear my cache on the shock player and I clear browser history before I ever get on the game. I have used Internet Explorer, which Kixeye says I shouldn't do so I switched to Firefox (which they recommended) and the same thing happens. Very tired of losing a shock missile and a platt of ehovers every 3rd or 4th time I attack a giant thor. Im just saying.....

I just can play from Kix site, no more FB (stuck in 81% for 3 days now) and yes, it1s disconnect immediatly after an attack agains a rogue or Thor depo. Send ticket? Why? Don't work anyway...
I can still not sign in, sent ticket and they "we know about the issue of some members not being able to sign in after update, we're working on it"... Please help
