i am still having loading problem and i play through kixeye sent ticket they are aware, and trying to find a solution,but there is a problem on kixeye site to with loading screen freezing and game not loading
ok so now im able to attack.... but when the attack is over... i cant go back to world map... i need to refresh everytime...

its the same for me as well and the red save icon in the top right stays red maybe that part of the problem kixeye needs to fix this chit like last week not when they feel like it

Same for me, red save light never goes out so you have to refresh after every attack.
My game will not load on Chrome or Firefox. I have deleted and re installed. It gets to 81% and dies. I have tried this on 2 different computers. Both are less than a year old, have Windows 7 (64 bit) on both. Very frustrating/
Still can't play 3 days no. Can't get in through facebook, can't get map load playing through kixeye. I don't wanna hear more excuses from Moderators that can't do anything and aren't employees. Posts from Moderators are simply a waste of time and there effort. I want to hear it's getting fixed from someone who actually has a friggin clue.

LOL Just repeating what is in this stream of msgs. Cannot open game on FB, can open game on Kixeye but after attack have to refresh because it does not go back to world map. Also, (with my son laughing at me) he CAN play on FB on the same computer...... the little F..... I hope this issue is addressed and I am able to resume my obsession lol!
Still get the 2005 network error reconnect. Yet have been told again that kixeye support believes the issues have been solved. Mods you are seeing the feedback of lots and lots of people using facebook and kixeye site. On all sorts of computers on lots of different connections. The issue is not resolved put some pressure on support. They won't even admit there is an issue.

Mine started when I activated Shadow Ops using Firefox. I switched to Chrome & finished SO with no problems. Now I'm back on FF & it looks like no problem again.
I am unable to get on to the world map. I get error 2005 every time I try to leave my base. I have tried using different pc's a chrome book and I have also tried at work as well as at home. I have cleared my browser history and as at 6:30 am GMT on the 14th feb I am still unable to get onto the world map.
I can't log in with any of my computers since yesterday. Multiple platforms and browsers. All happened after new windows updates and Java update to 8. Is anyone else having this problem. It locks at 81%. KIXEYE! what is the login script to report 81 so we can find loading error? maybe just a driver? Platforms locking include windows 7, 10, server 12 R2. ie, firefox and chrome
Good news! I was able to live load your account and load your map. Probably just a cache issue, but if you encounter an issue along these lines again, try the following!
Clear your Flash cache. To do this, close all browser windows. If you're using a PC, open your Control Panel; if you're using a Mac, open your System Preferences. Click the "Flash Player" icon to open the menu. In the menu, select the "Storage" tab across the top and click the "Delete All" button. In the window that pops up, ensure that "Delete All Data and Settings" is checked and then click "Delete Data."
Increase your local Flash storage. To do this, first open War Commander. From there, right click on the game screen and select "Settings." Then find the "Local Storage" tab, which is marked by a folder icon. In the ""Settings"" window, increase the available memory to "Unlimited."
Clear your browser's cache. To do this, open the Chrome dropdown menu from the toolbar, select "Tools," and click on "Clear Browsing Data." Select the information you want to delete and, in the dropdown menu, choose to delete everything since "the beginning of time." Then, click "Clear Browsing Data."
The game team has been working tirelessly to resolve these issues and at this point we believe the root cause has been fixed.

HI it is still happening. After I followed all the steps of clearing flash player for macbook which I am using and right click on settings giving it full memory.
I think u dont understand the problem here.
Problem is when I scroll across the map it DCs
Problem is when I click on my platoons and it auto scrolls across the map it disconnects
Problem is when I search for another player across the map by clicking on his name I disconnect.
Problem is I simply press on left or right going across the map I disconnect.
I can only move alittle at a time to prevent error and disconnection. That is no way to play the game.

hold down left click and highlight the whole link then right click and and click on the copy tab available and go to the search bar n right click again and paste it there and follow the link to see the videos please so u guys will know what I am talking about.
My game loads. I never said it didnt. MY GAME IS EXPERIENCING ERROR AND DISCONNECTION FROM SCROLLING ACROSS THE MAP. SOMETIMES CLICKING ON RANDOM STUFF OR IT WILL DISCONNECT BY ITSELF FOR NO REASON.

I am kinda losing my patience and getting frustrations.

and my afterburn trophy still hasn't been brought back and fixed yet even when I did not stash it to make it go missing which I read that it happens after you stash it.
