i know people are hating on the phantoms and crying about zombie subs. but can you fathom the amount of hate mail they would get if they stopped them now? lol wow just wow ... nope don't think it will ever happen .. sorry

    yea but i think it was just to get feedback on how much crap they would have to eat. i do not believe that they ask because it was in the works.

    If zombie subs stop, i"ll probably cry in my corner for a day. Then work around it by healing more than 1%. Still free, just more time; I can dig that.

    If zombie subs are nerfed, their revenue will plummit. Lot of players going around sinking (expensive) basers in defense of a base or as payback for bubbing them! lol

    how is their revenue gonna plummet from something that is free ... 

    So just to clarify ... 
    This is a hit and be hit game ... 
    Yet some hate it when their attacker gets ... hit ... by someone else ... after they have been hit ...

    Amazing how those wanting to force some to play their way ... would in fact be up in arms if they were forced to play someone elses way ...

    What ... why would player x ... care if they sank player y's fleets if they dont repair for free ...

    So just to clarify ... 
    This is a hit and be hit game ...

    Glitch repairs - long-time whine - sorted (37k banned/reset in a year)

    Guards - long-time whine - sorted

    Zombies - ling-time whine - being sorted

    not being able to find raid targets - being sorted 

    not bad for a couple of months effort

    only frubbling to go, and they're consulting about that


    the game may change, casual players may leave -- but the game is getting back to the feeling of 2011 when i first started playing

    Level ... not enough fingers to count that high

    here is another issue the players don't want fixed only glitcheye and the 1% who are ruining the game because they have to coin a repair for nothing. Glitcheye has so many things they can fix this should not be one of them.

    No bunny its not getting back to 2011 because the game used to be fun before all the quotas. now you have alliance points, dredge fleets, weekly missions and have to work in a few fleets to hit some bases between repair periods.

    its nothing like when i started i could role 10 bases in  a day with out paying 50 bucks to do it. i had none of this quota **** the raids were simple and easy and fun. most of all i had a lot more fun back then. i do the weekly i do the monthly and build a ship and really my fleets just sit there because its not fun to hit maybe one base and a day and walk away im keepin gmy base up in hopes they bring the fun back but im not holding my breath.

    you started in 2012, but can remember the early days??

    and quotas take at worst your first five base hits of the week ... so that's Monday evening

    the rest is fluff that's optional

    and without those things we would only have player bases, player fleets and salv.....wooooooo what FUN!! no one is forcing you to hit any of it, or play for that matter.

    This game doesnt even feel like 2012.inflation ten fold in coins needed .

    I hope they will make it so Zombie subs take 20 minutes to repair to put back on the water so they can attack again.

    Again it is a type of fleet that has no penalty to use to be effective again

    So coining is cheating is it??  REMEMBER I coin so YOU can play for free noob!!!!

    EVERY TIME I SEE A PLAYER COMPLAINING IN THE FORUM ABOUT BEING 20 LEVELS LOWER AND BEING ATTACKED I DESTROY 20 LEVEL 50 BASES

    2 months ...lol id be lucky to do that with just building 2 ships and sure i may be a lvl 57 and all but ive got hulls and armr and wepns that the big guys have and ive ben playing longer than alot of the ppl i see

    Heavy coiners are the biggest whiners in the game BUT they are the bread and butter for Kix so I would imagine there will be a change coming to subs

    April 2012 isn't when he started playing the game, it's when he started participating on the forums, so he very well could have started playing the game in 2011.

    Going by the 49 posts, you don't visit here much. Robot posted a thread poll, asking what kixeye needed to do about them. Not one option was available, for leaving them alone. To be blunt, those that exploit them and use them to **** another's day, ruined it for the majority that use them in the spirit of how the should be played. That said, there needs to be risks to attacking. If you only risk a 20 second repair, you are not risking enough

    Amazing how many people will hit my zombies with fleets that won't win when they already saw what they were.  Amazing how many players still don't how to properly exit a base after a hit.

    and this is why zombies should be required to repair 25% not 10%

    The whininng about low risk zombie sub fleets would hold water if not everyone had the option to run zombies. But everyone can, so...
    I know its a 'pirate' game, these updates always come up with new ways to try to rob me.

    LOL kixeye will fix zombie fleets in the future probably next month.  Its good for them because they force you to coin repairs if you want to use them to fight.  Notice they fix all the stuff that is free in the game like gb spamming.  Zombie subs next.  maybe when they find out way to fix frubble that will be following fix...   just my 2 cents

    Ok, I'm closing this thread. 

    Kaos Rebel, while I certainly don't want to diminish any negative experience you may have had during the raid, as I think most players would agree that the raid was a little rocky, posting on the forums that you've spent 600 coins on repairs during Forsaken Fury 2 when your last expenditure of coins was actually over a month ago certainly isn't going to fly.

    I have all the subs and I have never one time used a zombie sub fleet. No need to let it repair or coin the repair. I use my subs non stop.
