I took a year of from WC and have been back playing for about 3 months now. So this event sucky as it may be is still helpful to me unlocked vanqs and elite vanqs may try for some other stuff but the attack waves are just a pain. The defense waves are easy except wave 71 they send elite Crusader, Viper, Viper X, widowmaker Widowmaker Prime, BFG, and Titan are you serious I beat it easily but come on that's a bit much then the vanqs in the next defense wave got to pop there shields on about 4 times thought max was twice? i am on wave 76 dont think I will go any further. The mercs are worthless build them use them if they dont die they still die no way ro repair them no 5s upgrade I for one will never use a single Merc. Orbital laser should be available to players in a future event. So Iron March is a horrible event but i still made out.
for me kixeye this is 1 of yre worst events ever, Ill finish it to wave 91 but this event got boring after 10 waves. also the prizes are a waste of time and none of them really do much other than distract units for a couple of seconds b4 they dead.

im lvl 30player never even got pass wave 20 wasted 10 good toons high lvl for what just to watch them get wiped out in what 10 sec's any thing passed wave 20 is a coiner game this event is way to hard for mid lvl player like me who don't coin
Tell me something does a 8 % damage buff mean anything when the orbital laser kills you before you get to the base?? I am not sure it makes sense to make events so hard most people are complaining. I looked on the Event xp board and the Top guy has 155k xp does that tell you something ??
and these new units are the equivalent of griffen missiles. You drop them and they do slight damage before they're gone. At least let us control when they hit. I'd like to drop them to take out the evalks before sending in my air. But instead, they aim at Lord knows what in their 2 seconds before they're dead. Totally useless unit. LOL With every wave, I'm completely amazed at how many bad decisions were made by Kixeye. I feel like we're not getting through to you guys. We're all talking but you say nothing. Can we get a 2 way dialogue going here?

Im level 38 and stuck at attack 46, why? Because I don't have the valkarie schematic, my air gets shot down before they have a chance to fire...My ground is destroyed before they can fire a shot. To create an event were the main way to progress is to use the suicide valk as a bomber, micro repair and repeat. Is outright stupid and and requires 0 skill. Anybody with the valkarie schematic can progress very far in this event with that simple mundane stupid **** stradegy...but if you don't have that schematic, you are pretty much SOL. Not even coining will help. That orbital laser is bull, it fires too quick, and too often you don't have time to react at all, even the attack waves that are not for aircraft only become air only with that thing because you can't do anything else
i go from wave 80 or higher every event to stopping at 53 because the mercs are useless and the orbitals laser is just garbage there is so much anti-air its not even funny i look forward to events but this once was a SEVERE let down i hope the entire team who designed it gets fired this event was ABSOLUTE garbage i hope you are proud of yourselves

Here you go guys Im on wave 62 and it still tells me that my mercenary camp is locked I cannot build it. Ive sent kixeye a ticket with a pic to prove it they said i do have it they looked in my base now the pic dont lie i guess they do.
well i got to be honest. this event is the worst ever!!! you have deliberately set the attack bases to make people lose their air. the reapers are firing blitz rounds you have to suicide things just to get anywhere. and i was having family issues on the event with the banshee's. now you make them 60k for the banshee and another 40 for the schematic. the pricing is all wrong, the lag is the worst i have ever seen and you want people to keep playing this game. sort something out or i think more player will be leaving this game. i have never seen so much hate towards kixeye in game chat as i am seeing now. i know there are you out there that think this event may be easy, well good for you!!! but there are other players who are finding this one way too hard. sorry to gripe so much but this one is stupid. i lot air to blitz+lag yesterday. came on today and lost storms to rocket silo which has never had ground to air in there before. so another 12 hours just to get my storms to full strength. how about reducing repair times during events to help us out for a change. bad event sorry kixeye.
Ok, i waited until i finished event to leave any feedback.
1. The event was by far the most lagged event yet. At times, was impossible to play.
2. The orbital laser buildings were a terrible addition. The idea of getting shot at as soon as you deploy in an event is ludicrous. You have no choice but to rush in and take out the triangles first before you can do anything else. Takes away planning and skill, and forces spamming and coining.
3. The prizes are horrible. The idea behind them may be good, but the final product is a waste of time. Especially with the upgrade times involved. Not only do you need thorium, but you also need to wait days for a unit to upgrade. This defeats the purpose and idea of what Thorium was supposed to be about. Who came up with this idea? and WHY?
4. Once again, air attack only waves, the amazing ViperX which can walk on water. That is 3 events in a row now? If this hasn't been fixed by now, then we know it was never intended to be fixed even though Kixeye officials have said "They are aware of issue and are working on it". Just tell the truth and say this is how Kixeye intended it to be. At least we would all be aware of it.
5. Boring, dull, monotonous, repetitive.......No other way to describe it. Aside from orbital laser, this event is exactly like every other one. Only with more terrible prizes.
6. One step back for Kixeye and the development team. Sorry.
So there is my honest feedback. May not be what Kixeye wants to hear, but i feel it my duty as a player to call it as i see it.
Hopefully in the future, improvements are made and the fun is brought back into the game.
I am not sure what exactly the elite striker does MORE then the striker and so, I do not know if it worth the (hard) try. anything more specific, please?

yep me too this event is hard but i carryed on goto wave 56 now and its another attack once again when i only just done two attacks then one defende then back to attack thats very unfair i think not sure about anyone else
well i put in a ticket at 1:15 am est satuday morning/10:15 pm pst friday night...it is now 8:10pm est/5:10pm pst. still no reply. so i stopped and they will not get another dime from me as they can't even answer a ticket in a timely manner
i think thats the problem tho joseph we spend they dont talk to us or listen to our problems ive also sent in a ticket cos being unable to control my units when i sent them in i even checked the RIBI was off and it was so there is no reason for my units of hover tanks to get killed over there mistake of a game
i would say take picture and post it here and also add it to the ticket when you send one if you already have send another one with the proof of picture so they can also see it better that way

Prizes not worth more coining. Too many attacking waves after 60.
Laser buildings disabled the use of most slower ground platoons, forcing attacks with air or faster e vanq / hovers.
But Multiple drone silos (5 !!), shopped hercules, and tons of hovers killed titan and EHS quickly.
Maxed missiles are shot down quickly.
Putting viperX (with aggressive mode) on island platform is a joke, forget to use EHS.....
and at the end, these new prizes cannot help players to continue on higher waves.
Events should be fun for people to get units that they do not have.... and not to make that list longer and longer.
i would also like to add to this as im on wave 56 which should be base defend im only after the banshee and i fall short by 776 XP i think we are getting cheated so we have no option but to coin them last few points but to take one of these bases out cost around 20 uk pounds which is a joke considering that silly lazer realy shouldnt be in this cos ive noticed when that fires i losse full control of my hovers its like theres a bug whats making us die so we coin them when we dont even get half repair time either its an expensive event for anyone playing

there is not even a protection tile next to my base for me to deploy without being attacked.
