Just one word ..racketeering.. kixeye all over our credit cards so they can go to a 5 star vacation in a luxurious Island somewhere. Those laser buildings with unlimited range just for inflicting repairs (coins) .. ranges of Hercules and hoover anti-air completely lacking of common sense, like challenges but dont like to be exploited .. no more coins kixeye, just taking damage and repairing without coining .. also cant believe the way you manage the toons, cant get Elite units as Hellstorms or spend my xp on nothing but a stupid trophy .. should be having fun and am angry as hell as its evident that you guys are aiming to my pockets big time, its on the open, you are ruining a great game !!!
this is bullshit now game is messed up and nothing is working properly they needs to rollback what they change without letting us know i.e volley missiles shot down like other missiles and evalkires now have corrision effect

Sorry Kixeye I love the events, it is really the only reason I play War Commander as I enjoy the challenge but this event was working great right up until you introduced that **** awful laser unit....That ends most peoples game as it nerfs every ground unit you have.... Then you twin it up with an over powered air defense .... Add in the fact that you still haven't worked out that the game is running on possibly the worst ever platform, I mean come on adobe flash is about as stable as a boat made from cheese graters. Disconnects, Mega LAG, an AI that frankly is laughable and units that just decide to do what they want even when rubi is off. Get you act together guys.... I love the game and I think your doing in the most cases an exceptional job, but address the issues, stop thinking about how much your making....provide a great game and the money will flow.....continue with what your doing and the only players left will be the cheats. Put the events back on track with a reasonable level of difficulty , stop introducing units that immediately nerf all the units people have upgraded since the last event and please stop making it so that the only players that get anywhere are the coiners and you will be back onto a winner. As for all these people on waves 91 and upwards....well your either super mega brilliant at the game ( which if you are my hat comes off to you and I bow before you and say teach me), super human, use a lot of coin or kixeye needs to keep a really close eye on you.....
i totally agree this is one of the worse events in recent memory.The only thing you can do is suicide toons to get anywhere.Huge money grab.Do event like this again with the lazers and I will quit the game!
this event is jsut boring after wave 60 it's 7 attack 3 def 6 of the attacks are the exact same this utterly boring

the orbital lazer would take out my hellfire tanks with ease, plus u cant even set up ur units as soon as you spawn your units the orbital lazer already starts firing... pretty much u have to spam tanks and cant do anything tatical with your ground units. its all about using air but the corrsioon fired from the ehover tanks kills my titan very easy and my hellstrorms cant land a missle im stuck on fortress wave 50....this is a stupid event, and the prizes dont even look like they would help in a fight against anything

I am so glad the Banshee is 60k, really is worth it since it's non unique. I love my Banshees but I couldn't do without the epic tech Peacekeepers and Wingman!
Just the fact that Kixeye would create an event of this difficulty is ridiculous. This event was for coiners plain and simple. If you are a lower level player without elite valyrie's with suicide vests than you will not get very far. Elite riflemen and other units stand no chance with the orbital laser silo in the event bases. Kixeye screwed every player for greed as they always do. The backwards thinking of this company has gotten sickening to say the least. I am a staunch defender of fairness, however when deception and unfair tactics are used I will also speak my mind and discourage people from falling into the pit of greed. The prizes for this event are useless. With the level of difficulty this event poses you would think there would be some prize worthy of the effort. Kixeye, why don't you make events for coiners and non coiners and save everyone the trouble......Oh, fairness is to difficult I forgot.
Just beat wave 30, and my next wave is .... 30? Has anyone else encountered this issue? If I beat the fortress shouldn't I be allowed to move on to the next wave? Or is there something different about this event?

I just had the same issue with the fortress at wave 50 I just completed it and it did not count I got the resources and killed it but no XP was awarded to me .

had same thing happen on 80 2 events back and just got a new glitch im on 92 but my attack base is 82
Laser beam is very imba, sometimes blew up your toons before they are deployed and selectable , Im a mid level with lots of low exp stuff still to unlock and found this event hard but very rewarding despite its hardness (got stinger schem, HS shem, laser tank and evalk). Anyway I understand the rage of high ones: for wave 40+ u need BIG toys generating a cyclical redundance (to unlock vanqs and banshee you need vanq and banshee, lots of luck and patience or maybe coins )
A base with blitz, silo OR beam is hard, with all (fortress 40) its insane. I think kix is testing us to adjust the hardness of new world fortresses (maybe a level 50 one).
An Im pretty sure the 8% damage buff is AGAINST US (the more you grind shadow ops, the more anger the rogue factions xd).
Last event was my best event to date this event is my 2nd worst(first place for worst event goes to the one with the titan but I wasn't ready for that event.) I'm about to give up on it.
As a player here is my opinion - Kixeye should have put "Orbital Laser building" only on fortress waves, starting from wave 50. Of course as a gaming company, they must be having their own reasons/interests.

Too many attack waves, too much of this laser stuff, too much lag. The last event was the best in awhile, but as usual, kixeye does not learn things easily or at all really. I also see that these forums are now riddled with censorship and rules that are sometimes very vague and open for interpretation. Down the hill we go, I guess.
Maybe it's just me but for the difficulty of this event the prizes really SUCK. Yes I acknowledge that the units are only level 1-2 atm but what's with the deployment system? ALL or NOTHING? 10-12 hours worth of builds all at once or not at all is kinda BS, then there is no disassemble/recycle option so if I want a slightly different mix my ONLY choice is to deploy them all and rebuild every last one of em?
Then there's the thor required for leveling the merc base, 3-4 is 500k (not bad), 4-5 is 1m (reasonable) but 5-6 = 4million? what happened to logical progression?
All in all this event and ESPECIALLY the new units are a disappointment.
I cant tell if this event is extremely boring or if I'm just burnt out. It almost feel like this game has turned into a job with the amount of hours I have to devote to it
