question for the experts regarding peacemaker missiles

Is it possible to fire 4 of these inside the 7 minute attack limit, this guy used 4 on a friends base and they all got shot down thats 20 missiles total, is he a hacker or not? he said you can as there is no cooldown period if they get shot down.

and i aint wasting 2 mill in thor and 120 million in resources to do a practical test, anybody know?

I think its possible - I bubbled one idiot today. Started with peacemaker and a second later the button became green. Maybe because I had different missles. So I hit the button and fired another one two seconds apart. I was surprised but this is how it probably works for different missles.
