I recently did a 37 with Rear 4 Magnet 4 so it isn't all that hard. I imagine you'd want Rear 5 on 40s to do better. But based on how well the Cruisers kept up with him I'd say this video is sporting Rear 4s.

Rear 4 is all that's needed on 40s and below.
Here is my setup:
Rear 4, Iridium Magnets 3, MD2x2, MD3x1 and Whatever armor and shield combo you want to round it out. Shock is a good idea since 90% of the dmg you'll "accidentally" take will be explosive.
I made a video for the vega elites with no damage, it's basically the same concept here to deal with the rapture cruisers but rear 5 is needed, not sure if i should post it here because Kixeye will find a way to make it harder, so pm me if you're interested.

This build is 0-2% damage, easily auto repaired. No need for Rear 5.

Nothing new about all that. I think hes just trying to prove that the new small area does not need to stop you from using frigates and kiting tactics.

Maybe no need for Rear 5, but it certainly is easier with Rear 5.
I was referring to the Vega elites (50's), sure 40's and below can be done with rear 4. Good vid btw
