Im a lvl 24

with:

spec shield: 1-3

Shock: 1-3

Deflect: 1-2

irid 1-2

trit 1-4

puls 1-5

rail 1-5

scatter 1-4

beam 1-3

gauss 1

plasam 1-2

can build anything up to Exos
