Just a qustion

USS CHICAGO

im a lvl 13 going on 14 in a hr or 2 blah blah blah, i have a couple fleets of genesis cruisers. i would like 2 know wats the best setup to get mpre salvs with less damage. i can kill a lvl 15 i think thats the highest i killed but they kill off half my fleet. even lvl7 salves can do damage with their range, wat can i do to change this. and dnt say upgrade and research wat to upgrade and research thanks
