attacking bases

Is it possible to attack a base with more than one fleet? If so, how?

    You can only attack with 1 fleet at a time, do some damage than wait till the battle ends or go back to the green line at the end of the map than attack with a different fleet. You can't attack a base with 2 different fleet at the same time, one at a time

    one fleet at a time, do 25% dmg to the base back out and hit it again.
