Loading Times

It takes myself and other players over a minute to load the game and to get into bases when attacking. When attacking bases this presents a larger challenge due to fleets going on auto and possibly heading towards turrets getting destroyed without the player able to control them due to the long loading time. The long loading time makes the game less enjoyable at least for myself. I'm greatful that I can even get into bases and attack whereas before I'd get the "battle connection lost" many times to the point I cannot attack bases. Times loading into the game and bases should be diminished greatly.

I moved it to Community Support.

I recommend opening a ticket with Kixeye so they can help you troubleshoot this issue.

This issue isn't only for me. I've asked other players if they have the same issue and they have said yes. I understand if it's just one person, but if it's multiple people having this issue, then it's not the player's fault.

I'm not laying blame. People with Windows 7 and 8 are the ones having the most issues.

Vista is kind of an odd duck. I don't really have any experience with that Operating System at all.
