+/- 5 FvF Planet Side...
So what's up with not being able to attack fleets planet side, when they exceed the +/-5 in base level....
To bad I didn't populate on a planet where there were alot of cargo hitters. I'd just stole from them.
Hmmmm guess not a strategy discussion here .... just find it a weak gaming strategy.
