SENTINEL MISSILE'S SHOOTING CERBERUS ROCKETS

Ok so I just hit a lvl 53 alliance base that had Strike Cruiser as guard Arc missiles, Howies, flak guns, bombards and 2x Sentinel missiles. Anyways as I enter channel with my Mcx I start taking out howies from maximum distance then like I normally do just drive by the Sents to get to next turret I wanna kill but to my surprise the sents were a trap they started spewing Cerb rockets at me and toasted me something crispy. Has anyone else ran into this? Is this a hack or a graphic issue? I had a alliance m8 watching the battle as it took place. I did not record it nor did I have time to screen shot it, but he saw the same thing I did Sents shooting Cerb rockets any idea's or input would help this needs to be solved asap. 
Note: ( base had two Sents both shot Cerbs)

can be a graphics issue if there is only one (in process of changing from sent to cerebus)

Bunny that's the weird thing there were two sents and both were shooting cerb rockets

Now that could be a problem. If it were one you could write that off.
