**** sickles with basic units «123» Go

This for all the ones saying that sickles are hard to kill. They are not, and you don't need any fancy units to kill them, just a bit of skills. I made a video that you can use as a guide. I used these units: riflemen, cobras, dogs, rocket buggies, razorbacks, and 1 paladin. All my repairs were instant besides the paladin that took 3 minutes to repair.

Would like to add that units were lvl10 but since now those basic units require only level8 tech centre to get them 10 there is no can't do. Everything besides cobras takes hours for level and cobras 5-6 days to max out.

Paladin is lvl 7. Cobras and razors are 10 but you could easily do it with lower level units. I killed the machine guns with razors on purpose, even if I could hit them with cobras. If you have lower level units you may have to kill 1-2 flak tanks more with buggies, plus maybe some more baiting but it isn't hard

i destroyed one with lvl 8 razorbacks,lvl 9 cobras n lots of rocket buggies,its funny my cc is lvl 4 and i didnt get collossus for that,cause advance missions unlocks at cc lv 5,still they're to easy...i didnt use any guide at all

I have them level 10. But if you have lvl 8 it's even better cause you can repair instantly 2 at a time. At level 10 is 1 at a time.

are there no mortar teams in the bunker?

As for the air, Im not sure in a lv.6 cobra could hit the turrets without gettin hit from a gat

omg i have some severe L2P issues i can't take a lvl 30 with lvl 8 hellfire, challengers and warhawks without it costing me platoons.

Because I was out of the range of the silo all the time. Silos have range...like any bunker or tower. If you don't go close they don't activate

There were no mortar teams but it won't matter...buggies are ast and run under mortar team fire. Level 6 cobras will work well, as I said above, you may have to kill few more flaks/gats with buggies but that's all you need

Would it be alright if you used rhinos instead of paladins? I haven't gotten to that part of the video - I have to keep rehealing my buggies, only have 30 instead of a bunch of plats like yourself; plus I'm trying to really learn it - and I think my maxed rhinos (regulars) have a better range than your paladins at level 7. I'm not sure what you used them for yet though, so maybe you can't, but was just curious because I favor rhinos over most tanks. 

Thank you sooooo much for posting this! I've finally gotten the goal where you get behemoths (have had such wonderful people help me get there) and I'm so excited to learn on my own! I tried to tell someone I could do it and they're like, "nah, you don't even have hellfires/storms. you HAVE to get them!" so this is a huge help! Thank you thank you thank you! =D>

I used the paladin only to tank the damage from the cryo. I guess a maxed rhino could work as well, the cryo has low damage. The range doesn't really matter in this case since the only goal of the paladin was to take damage. It's a lot of sickles yo get the behemoth but you can do it, just takes time

Thanks a lot for the tips. Finally can unlock collosus by my own. Only with cobra, rocket buggies and razorbacks. And all of them are still level 9!

Okay awesome. I did two yesterday, with one razor as bait because I was too lazy to get the rhinos out of one platoon and switch etc. However, I took the cryo out first and then the flak just so they were less damaged. Thanks a whole bunch!

P.S. 28 to go! Yay! Haha.

Just finished my 1st Sickle Base following this video step by step, no changes on my part.  Rocket buggies level 10, Cobra lvl 9, Razorbacks lvl 9.  I took my time and it was pretty awesome actually..lol. It was actually pretty fun.  Thanks for the great video.
