Which guns for defense?

I've got level 2 polaron, level 4 heavy laser, level 1 heavy plasma, level 1 gauss.
War Commander: Level 43

    what 1 heavy plasma? HEAvy plasma torpedos???  If you are high lvl ...then go for Mass driver and Heavy torpedos.....
    If you are Low lvl...go for Polarons and Gauss...

    I wouold say a mix of plasma and polarons.

    Nightfury, torpedoes are the same as mass driver just they are heavier but have more range and splash...

    lol love when people give out wrong answers besides u always want something up close. u never know when some one will find a way to beat them.

    Just for the OP in case he didn't understand what was said correctly: Currently, it seems a mix between polarons and torps is the best.
