Should the Update threads be more detailed?

Don't you think that this should be more detailed?
I believe we should have values for all the changes that can be "measured"/"quantified" in the thread itself.

Examples:
"Updated hull and armor values" - Which hulls? Which armors? What were the old stats and what are the new ones?
"Reduced Frigate reverse speed" - Which was the old one and what's the new one?
"Updated ship base weapon values" - Which ships were affected? What were the old values and what are the new ones?

This is one of the changes that gives a more professional look to Kixeye, an example of what Blizzard and Riot do with the threads of their game updates.

What's your opinion?

    I always think that thorough detail is better. 

    Having said that, this update entirely ruined all my fleets - so I'm just pissed that it happened at all regardless of what info they provide. Admittedly, I probably had a poor strategy (didn't watch anyone else's videos really, and not used to controlling units during battle), but it sucks that I'm left with 36 poorly equipped ships after having already wasted time / resources repeatedly re-equipping them (my mistakes) only to see myself get creamed in a battle I was winning yesterday.

    yes, but i think before they reduce something like the frigate reverse speed the ask the community about it, salvs should be easy to do, they should make it easy to get salv. I for one like the rest of the update except for that one change

    I don't totally agree with this, I don't think they should "ask" the community before making a change, as they're taking into account a lot of the feedback we provide.
    But let's stick to the OP here.

    It also doesn't talk about weapons changing dramatically which it did.  least wording didn't sound like it would be dramatically different.

    Missing only these units in wc:  lead infil.

    That's true, but thankfully we got an answer from Dan saying he'll try to cover it all from now on :)

    thank u finally a cm that listens to us. i considered disliking this post because this is not normal for cm's, are u sick?? lol.
