Hmmm, Who really cares? Its a Beta of a game that is nearly just like BP.... you know... that game that constantly adds thing we dont want... but gets rid of none of the bugs/glitches that we get from day 1.... oh yeah that one.

While I'm only barely familiar with Battle Pirates - I can assure you that the two are far more similar than Vega Conflict and Backyard Monsters' mechanics.

It seems like every one applys for a code for the new vega game and never gets one but they pick their favorites to  give the codes to namely the hackers and coders for the most part they so dearly guard and protect so they can get up there in level and get all the stuff leveled up so when the game goes live those ppl allowed to test the game keep the lvl they at when testing and can cause the great players and non cheaters of all kixeye games to spend more money in the game to get any where in the games. Its a form of extortion. And is illegal it was said that any one top 5% in any on going kixeye game would get a code for the vega game yet players who are top 5% ranking apply and never get a single response to the application. Another screw up on kixeye part if you ask me.

I am not a hacker and I got an invite. I haven't come across anybody like you describe on the closed beta. I also haven't seen it stated anywhere that the top 5% would be guaranteed selection.

Ditto. That whole paragraph was stupid bullshit. If you wanted a code and haven't gotten one, then whining on the forums can be annoying. Accusing Kixeye of inviting hackers and cheaters is just crazy. Have you seen those threads pop up from time to time by people who were banned from one game or another for hacking 6+ months ago begging to be let back. Put those two thoughts together and draw a conclusion about the likelihood of Kixeye giving them an activation code to the closed test beta of their new game, which once released, is worth tens of millions of dollars to them (Kixeye made $100M last year off of 3 games - you do the math on their invested interest in this game).

Off-topic: If it isn't, it should be. Kixeye knows that by adding the game on facebook they add a gigantic player base to their game. And as you know, more players = more fun = more WOM advertisement = more profit.

See FLo that is what i said the first day but no KAMI was not telling the right stuff about the vega game KIXEYE CONCEPT and why reject me lmao kixeye should be proud of there product and bit by bit i was right about all i said a good vibe and a good test thats what it is all about and have fun in a game as i have now with BP and will allways have.....

Getting the code was about luck. Anyway, the game does have similarities, but in it's own right is a whole different game. :>

Tested? You mean you went on for a sneak peek and left? So many people want to test this game and enjoy it so they can give valuable feedback to the Kixeye team.

I don't think War Commander and Backyard Monsters have much of anything in common. I mean, when they introduced maproom 3 that bridged the gap - but it still feels like they're really different. Maybe it's just me, or my lack of having played much War Commander or Battle Pirates, but those 3 games are much more closely related to each other while Backyard Monsters sits alone.

I think it's the fact that you can control units during an attack that makes the most difference, and I like that you can't in Backyard Monsters.

I would say if you add unit control and map battles to ByM, it wouldn't be that different from WC

yup KIXEYE concept as i said all in one and i don t say its bad FLO its a good game and the grafics are good 2 but still there has to be some work done....
