I would say you're right....David Scott is an old school gamer and much like War Commander is similar to C&C, I would bet that Vega is probably gonna be like StarCraft (at least I am hoping)....C&C and StarCraft were arguably 2 of the best of their respective genres back in the day....StarCraft being my fave between the 2.

Yeah I agree. I played a little StarCraft in my days... Did not play it long as I was more a WoW player up until pre Cataclysm, that`s when I quit that game, and left Blizzard.

I hope it has a faster game speed then War Commander, more micro managing then the other kixeye games, faster repairs plus upgrades [lol probably not gonna happen] and hopefully BIGGER battles.

If the disconnects, bugs and lag are the same in this game...well, we just have to wait and see. Best wishes on this games start, it sounds cool. But there are hardly any info/screenshots of this game so... I hope the beta testers post something

I doubt the closed Beta is open yet - you are more than likely just seeing the page for it. I'm sure when they open the closed beta, they will announce it. But closed Beta is just that, closed. I'm not sure if it will be like the preview servers for WC where they open it to the public with a limited amount of passwords, first come first serve. But, I could be wrong - it's happened a couple times in my life lol
