Alliances

I'm new to this game and don't have any alliances. I've seen threads which read to the effect of: "Join my alliance and if anyone attacks you we'll keep attacking them til they quit." To me, the "accountants" with KIXEYE should be a little concerned about this. Wouldn't you want a consistent user base who is paying to upgrade? What happens when you have just a handful of high level players.....and no more money coming in from low/mid/mid-hi level users?
