If you want to stop abuse or "buddy" bubbles, its very simple. "REMOVE THE RETREAT BUTTON". Make them time out, or lose fleets. Who is going to spend 20 minutes trying to give someone a buddy bubble?

hiding in bubbles??..its called trying to grow..as a lvl 27 how do you think i can stop the same lvl 32 player from stealing 25 mill?? im just now starting to put in sent 4s..but a hammer fleet can skate right through..no lvl 25 -28 can stop the players that are 5 lvls ahead. once i get du4 it will be easier to defend...one thing i agree on is **** getting a buddy bubble after hitting a base...if anything eliminate the ability to get bubble after you hit a base. this is going to force all the high lvl players farms to quit or relocate..then youll **** about something else.

Plus, just think if you had a WH that was able to be picked off from the outside, someone could drain you dry.

I had a thought that with this new implimentation that I could go in a base with a thud sw. Destroy a gun turret then leave. Go back in with the sws and destroy another. After I feel safe enough and before a bubble comes up I can then destroy the entire base without receiving much damage to my base fleet.
I guess the only way to keep this from happening is only allow 2 attacks in a seven day period on a player. After 7 days expire on a player then you are free to hit that base again. This way a bubble is not really needed for that specific player to leave you alone. It will keep repeated attacks from happening.
The reason for 2 attacks is simple. If I enter a base and not see the opening I can then leave and reenter.

its about time tired of all the friendly bubble parties

It sure would be nice to implement a +/-2 base rather than the +/- 5 that we have now. It seems like this move will only make the level 30+ players more powerful.

guessing the game will be over for those of us that don't use credit cards now and can't buy protection

So this is another ploy of Kixeye to make the players use a cc,To increase there profits and screw the guy who doesn't have one.

Thanks for all the feedback so far, it's been a great read.
I do want to address one concern at this point. Damage Protection was not created with the intention that friends would indefinitely keep each other bubbled. The term "bubble buddies" really should not exist. Battle Pirates is designed to be an interactive experience with other players and hiding under what is essentially a permanent bubble is not interaction.

Folks, the KIXEYE team puts their lives into these games (me included). The simple fact is that we have the luxury of not having to put up with rude **** and disrespect will not be tolerated towards ANY KIXEYE team member. Understood?
