Mercenary Fleets - What Were You Doing? «1…35363738394041…43» Go

I haven't used a merc in about a week. I go to get some help with the forsaken mission and somehow I still have 2 hours to go before I can launch my next one. This also happened during the last FM, _and_ during the last Raid. It's really, really frustrating and it's messing with the number of points I can get. A little help, please?

I went to launch a merc this AM for the first time in over a week and it said 11 hours  22min left. this has happened a lot. 75% of the time i launch a merc and i love merc. it is a great too in the game. i seem to be cheated out of this a lot.

im having issues with my merc fleets as well. whenever i click on the merc fleet to launch one all that keeps appearing on my screen is the countdown clock saying i have so many hours before i can launch another one. i dont launch merc fleets very often one fleet every couple of weeks proberly, so there is no reason that the timer should be counting down

I have been having this problem for months, form what I hear every one in our sector is having the same problem.  As I am not good with forums it is hard for me to post things.  This is not a new issue, but it get really bad when you are told some one paid money for ships and you did not get them.  Most of the time I see the gifts given on facebook and they are not on Battlepirates, then when they are, they won't be there if I have to reload the page because of a SOS screen.

Everytime I log out and back in I lose gifts and mercs.  Lately I noticed that logging in and out also causes time to be add to repairs and upgrades.  I think it might be something to do with logging in and out. 

Please fix this.

if your name doesnt come up when fist click on the gifts tab dont send,,,,if you go looking for there name and send one ,,,,this is known as forced gifting,,,,,,

YOU WILL END UP LOSING A MERC AND NOT BE ABLE TO LAUNCH ONE FOR 12 HOURS

PERSONALLY  I THINK KIX SHOULD OF HAD THIS SORTED MONTHS AGO

Selected to launch a Merc Fleet and it said something about sharing with a friend that I hadn't seen before.  Clicked on the Share and it went blank.  Checked outside and found no Merc Fleet and the timer is running down as if I just had one issued.  I was really looking forward to starting the Drac hunt with an Active Merc Fleet, so I could end with a total of 6 used.

I just noticed this issue. I haven't used a merc fleet for months, but I wanted to launch one at the start of drac hunt2, and I had a 5 hr cd on it. I attempted to launch one when the timer was up, and it was removed from my inventory list for merc fleets, however there was no fleet on the map. Also, when I logged in this morning, I saw it auto launched another merc fleet since then.

this had been a issue for some time now least since last summer when i noticed it happening it comes and goes!!! people have been banned for less because of glitches and kix say they been cheating and wont give a answer how yet kixeye can get away with it it seems. this will be swept under the carpet like most tickets are when sent in :-(

Kixeye when are you gonna address this issue? There are posts from a year ago stating the same issue, yet it still continues. Your incompetence is cost players to loose not only merc flts but show that this issue does not matter to you nor how it is effecting your customers.

we been reporting probs with mercs for least a yr, IE: have not launched one in 3 days but you click on.. you got 11hrs 23 min remaining.. and now got an event rolling and comm's is disabled, lag is horrible.

I have a lot of Issues with Merc flts first off I dont get all the merc flts that are given to me. Second it will launch a merc flt without me knowing it and then it doesnt show on the world map.

used 1 mercinary flt for defence under base ....when it was time to deploy another ,,,went to and found 1 is gone and 11 hr + left til next ...no idea where it went but it was gone and had to wait duration for next launch

today morning i receive a gift , a merc fleet , this afternoon my merc fleet is no longer here ,,, not the first time i have this issue ,, please dont steal my merc fleet ID 1993761  ,,, you must give me 20 merc fleets !!!!!

i'll tell you i won hammer heads A in a raid and also sea scorpiens in a raid back when the game was not glitching so pad, had a fleet of bouth. they dissapered on me all but 1 ship of each, i even lost them out of my ship building thing. still have not got them back and i send in report after report. they don t seem to care at all

Mine didn't even launch. Just one by one disappeared from my base screen. Had one go each day. Hell, if you can't fix the glitch, just make it so you CAN replace them.

It all sounds the same, either they just disappear or it says you have launched one and have to wait hours to launch another. Keep sending them tickets, flood their system till they get sick of seeing this problem. Only then will they spend some time and resources to fix this issue. I say either fix the system or Delete the Merc fleet as an option to level the playing field for all.

no they were in my base un-0used and then when i came back the next day poof there was empty dock where they haD been and only 1 hammer head A in there. and were gone from my building of ship so all i have is the 1 and can't get kixeye to come see i use to have because i do have the one still in my fleets just dont and can't build any more it is not merc. fleet at all these i worked hard for in a raid a long time back, then it happened to my sea scorpions also all i got is the one and all there rest gone, plus gone from my ship build place but i can show i have 1 of each and there still colored as to be from the raid's i won them in in the past

i have only been playing for about 3 months, however if i dont send out as soon as i see it there its gone. I get a few a day but never more then 1 shows

Yes kixeye i'v  losing all of them scene  3 raids ago i don't even see the icon any more and friends say they have been sending me them all along. There for awhile when i did see the icon i clicked on it and would say cant use until 11h15min35sec came up in red box seen  that many of times just different times show up now they are gone and have not come back at all . Plzzz find out what is going on and fix this issue

I am still having problems with my merc fleets.  Still the same thing if I don't use them within a day they disappear. I have a few friends in my alliance that send me them daily so I should be up to at least 20 but still don't have any.  Had one yesterday and now today even though I didn't launch it, it is gone.

I just recieved a Merc fleet and had not launched one in a few days. I tried to launch it and it told me I can only launch every 12 hours and had 11 hours left to go. i refreshed and it took my merc fleet away!. I have lost many merc fleets in this way!

Seems if you get a merc flt now it resets the timer.

I am having same issue I used to have 100+ merc fleets now im Down to 58, was 59 this morning. They keep disappearing without me using them, the timer is always up so I cant even use one if I wanted to.

I haven't had the timer issues many have reported, my merc fleets just disappear from the inventory and I have never been able to keep more than one at a time during the last few months.

I cannot pinpoint a specific action that I can use to reproduce this reliably.

Sometimes I only have to go to sea view then base view and it disappears. Sometimes I get to keep it a few hours - I'll do some salving and then it suddenly disappears.

Merc fleets can be useful as additional base guard fleet or during missions but what I actually find most annoying is that I have no way of knowing who sent the merc fleet and therefore cannot thank them for it.

Maybe you should just scrap the current method of assigning merc fleets via Facebook and allow members of the same alliance to send them to each other (with a cap of course).
