Bug with "exploration III" mission

Unable to complete "exploration III" mission - "Find all pieces for 5 draconian items." Have now 12 complete "pieces" blueprints - 7 from tier 1 and 5 from tier 2, but mission still uncomplete.

    a friend of mine was telling me that he was having problems with his quests he would complete them ... then later on would have to refresh his page when his fleets was stuck docking and his quests would be back again as if he never claimed the rewards the first time

    You only get mission credit for the blueprints if your intelligence lab is a high enough level to build them. Once you upgrade your lab enough, the mission should be completed.
