When you use this forum or one of KIXEYE's games, you agree to adhere to the Forum and Game Rules as well as our Terms of Service. We may temporarily or permanently suspend your game or forum account, with no notice, if you break any of the rules, including (but not limited to) the following:

Accounts

• You are only allowed to create more than one GAME account if it's on a different platform from your main account. Example: One on Facebook and one on KIXEYE.com
• You will not create more than one one game account on a single platform 
• You will not create more than one forum account.
• You will not use the forum or our games if you are 13 years old, or younger.

Content

• You will not "spam" other users, advertise, or promote other services.
• You will not claim to be a moderator, administrator, or KIXEYE employee.
• You will not troll, harass, threaten or "bully" others in any way.
• You will not post objectionable material, including pornographic imagery, racial hate speech, or the like.
• You will not post malicious links on the forums

Cheating

• You will not use a bot or page reloader to play KIXEYE games.
• You will not use any hacks, cheat tools or cheat codes for any reason.
• You will not share knowledge of hacks or cheats, or post links to them.
• You will not exploit game bugs or "glitches", and will report them to KIXEYE.
• You will not try to access restricted, unreleased, or private content.

If you use our forums or a KIXEYE game to commit or discuss a criminal offense, we may also contact law enforcement.
