Use of Thunderbolt

    I am a bit irritated about a situation that occurs repeatedly. There is a person on my attack list that is attacking me even when I am under DP. He wipes me out and takes everything I have. When I go over there to return the favor, he is always under DP and I cannot attack. If he can attack me while I am under DP, then I should be able to do the same. If this continues, I will stop playing the game.
