Pvp theres no pvp on bases anymore about two years ago by GiMMeYoCookieZ	121	4	I’d agree base gating should be increased, but needs a range bracket. I’d suggest base levels somewhere between 105-110 upwards all have a -5+. This can change in time once there is new fleet and base tech available. Anything below say base 104 should have a -15+ range, perhaps even bigger. After all, the point of the game is to progress and upgrade continually. Every event the event sectors are flooded with players (no pvp) that hit event fleets for a while and then log off leaving their fleets in the stream.
