Set up segments for the base, 1 or 2 or 4 and let players install commanders into these spots. Augmenting the defenses within those segments with all or a portion of the commanders skills. Damage skills and defense skills would transfer directly. Speed of weapons and A of E skills also transfer over. Speed and acceleration skills for vessels don't, that's fine. Anyhow. Is decimation briefing correct and will reach wings be returning about a year ago by Sparrow Hawk 64	31	0	The last mobilization briefing was and still is wrong and listed incorrect prizes (eg main prize capitol carrier and sub prizes of deadeye and ajax. The same prizes are listed for the up and coming decimation and I wonder if this two lists the wrong prizes and is just copied and pasted from previous decimations with a couple of tweaks. Adding ship trade between players about a year ago by RUSAK1	61	2	I think what would happen here is that higher players in an alliance would farm and build top end ships and trade them to lower level players unable to farm them themselves.. then perhaps trade them back once those lower players had the bps etc. This would bipass those lower level players having to work for their tech. So a few in alliance build great farming fleets and a few build great pvp fleets then just pass them around.
