Sounds like it only provides a disadvantage - I can't hit them and they can hit me, if they don't reciprocate the arrangement. I think there should be some sort of way of letting alliances build larger groups, but without making that sort of federation too powerful. No amount of skill will make mid lvl targets doable till you get RnD done at least to lvl 2. Subtracting strategy for coining. It is truth here. Pay for research, doesn't matter to come up with a strategy for it. At least last assault raid(last year) you could drive well and do well. This one purchasing Retro is required.... smh.
